UPDATE

Rockford Public Schools was selected and excited to host an NCAA LIVE event again this summer. However, the Chicagoland Summer Showcase - scheduled to take place June 26-28, 2020 - has been postponed indefinitely due to the NCAA extending its dead period through June 30, 2020, with the potential of extending through the end of July due to COVID-19.

Last year, the Chicagoland Summer Showcase included 80 participating teams and more than 100 college coaches, and we were very excited to host again in order to spotlight student athletes and programs. If there is a future timeline offered by the NFHS/NCAA to conduct these events later this summer, we will review that possibility at that time and be in contact with updated information. If we are not able to conduct events later this summer, we will be granted permission to host again in the summer of 2021.

Demand for our 2020 event was extremely high. All schools that have paid will be automatically reimbursed as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that you are all staying safe during this unprecedented time. For more information and updates on our event, you can always visit our website at www.ChicagolandSummerShowcase.com or contact Mat Parker.
